I know there was planned maintenance on the blizzard server today, but i kinda forgot it. I was just recently been kicked from a comp game for overwatch saying lost connection to game servers. I know it issnt my network, since it has not happend before and my network had no disconnections, after checking the logs. I dont know if it is becuase of the maintenance work, but if it is, do i lose the sr for it, and will i get some sort of comp punishment?
The maintenance earlier today had to do with the Blizzard Authentication Servers and not Overwatch’s servers directly (click here for details). So getting kicked from Overwatch is due to an issue not related to that and does result in the appropriate leaver actions as defined by this policy:
