I have only one request. Please stop banning my accounts. One time, because of mass reports for playing Widowmaker, I was mistakenly banned for cheating, and I’ve lost count of how many accounts I’ve had to create again and again. Fix your reporting system.

Loud and clearly not listening.
This might surprise you, but we see and consider (almost) all of your feedback and comments, from social media posts and livestream chats to creations on TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. If our developers don’t catch a Reddit thread or deep dive on their own, the Community team gathers public data on sentiment and delivers it to the necessary parties on Team 4.
Why do they even post this on the Forums? Like you can’t even be bothered to namedrop it once in the entire post and yet you want to pretend like your listening.
We can’t spoil all the surprises for Season 20, but we’ll be introducing a new feature for the highest-skilled players on the leaderboard directly inspired by our conversations with them.
Cool. As if they weren’t spoiled enough. So out of other non-500 players, who else is supposed to be excited about this? Like why do they think anyone would care about this?

Now, they clearly rolled back a controversial change to Stadium, I’ll grant them that. But otherwise, the Overwatch team is historically known to not be listening for valid reasons.
Just see the state of balancing.

…No. There’s not enough trust between dev team and community to believe in them trying to turn around the ship now of all times. This dev post, while indeed adressing a more serious opic like registering community feedback, loses its edge considering the state of the game. It’d be less controversial if they released it after adressing some more feedback.
And id they would adress feedback accurately.
If we say “Stop giving Ana a major perk as a minor.” We don’t mean ‘hand out another buff to her’.

Dva is amazing in 6v6. Actually, perhaps I should start playing her again. I totally forgot that she runs things in that mode and honestly Reinhardt is kind of lame BECAUSE I do not have a supah fly Dva that is ride or die.

I’ve noticed some suspiciously forum Based changes that happen within the month the change was requested in forums.
I don’t remember specifically what it was but I had the gut feeling someone was relaying requests to the devs.

Well, hope they learned after two major Ls with Stadium changes. Big companies learn slowly, so expecting a third one next season.

Instead of just dropping huge format changes like no mirrors, or making comp bo5, why not have testing periods with a clear start and end date so you can collect player data but it doesn’t feel like it’s just being slapped on without any forethought? And then make a final decision once the data can be reviewed?
I probably would’ve given bo5 more of a shot if I didn’t feel like I had to avoid it at all costs so it didn’t look like I approved of it.

People who like controller on PC still get ignored. You allow crossplay based on input but only for mouse/keyboad for console players.
PC Controller still have no aim assist while going up against mouse/keyboard users.

Aim Assist has no place in PC lobbies.
As someone who plays in a crossplay league, aim assist offers a ridiculous advantage that should not exist. Still fighting for them to ban aim assist.
