Didnt get top 500 rewards

I was ranked 495 in open que or close to that and im sure i didnt ranked down to 501 or something because i checked last second and i was still in 495 still didnt get the rewards

I didnt get my rewards either. I won required 50 games in mystery heroes + I see myself in the leaderboard and yet I didnt get my top500 title

I ended in top 500 in open queue as well. I had 50 wins so I definitely qualified to get my rewards and I didn’t get the correct player title. It’s been a week and we’ve heard nothing about this being a known issue. Hopefully soon.
