So, when I opend my last box i found skin “huitzilopochtli” but I didnt get it on my dzen. And I wanna know what happend and how can I get the skin?

Yes, this is exactly what happened to me. Could you tell me what dropped from the last box?
when I opened the box, I saw a golden medal, what was hidden under it?
Pressing everything, somehow, I saw a pop-up zen model
If you didn’t see any new items in the hero gallery, it was likely a currency box.

I am pretty sure that I had the skin in the box, and you tell me that it was a currency?
And my wallet didnt change after the box -_-
Regardless of If you didnt see your contents drop, if it was new it would appear in the hero gallery. If you did not see anew skin in the gallery, you did not get one.
