Sorry, OP. But you’re playing this game the wrong way.
My metal rank teammates make clear that the proper way to play this game is to A) Play slow. Or even better, don’t move at all. Just sit at the choke. B) Never capitalize on a numbers advantage. It’s unsporting. C) Dump all your ults in overtime and hope it’s enough to take the point and D) Forget the enemy also has ults, how they work or that the enemy would very much like to kill you with them.
In short: be AS FAR AWAY from the enemy and the objective as possible, panic when the enemy gets in your face, never return the favor and lose. A lot.

In my defense, DFs often disappeared from my LOS in a second while I was looking sideways to heal the DPS. No way I can follow that.
