I made a ticket about this my rank was reset for all roles to bronze 1 and I got the bronze rewards, I most definitely was not bronze 1 and the ticket reply said only developers can fix this issue for me and to reply here to get my competitive points

This was likely due to the 7 win 20 loss system preventing you from seeing your true rank.
