Did Not Receive Overwatch Achievement

Did Not Receive Overwatch Achievement STORM,EARTH AND FIRE with Reinhardt.
As seen in the following video I hit my earthshatter use firestrike and charge to get the kill on McCree getting the full combo as asked for achievement. This is not the first time I complete the combo but I cant seem to get that particular achievement.
