I ended Season 3 in low Platinum for Support but I did not receive ANY points for the end of season. I ended Season 3 with 2821 and am still at 2821.

You needed to have won 25 competitive games to qualify for end-of-season competitive rewards. If you did this however, then you might have experienced a bug.
