so ive won about 70 games. and i keep getting ranked down after 5 wins.
can a dev fix this for me? i cant find the ticket option on the support page for it.
ive ranked down about 10 times instead of ranking up.

Do you keep getting ranked down to the same rank because if so maybe that is the rank matchmaking believes you belong in. I’m not saying that’s definitely the reason but it could be potentially.

The 5 win requirement only updates your rank it does not guarantee that you rank up.
