Except doomfist cant heal, dps and tank all at the same time. He has a maximum effective health of 355 in a 1v1 (35 shields, 1 for each ability), whereas brig had an effective 850, 600 of which couldnt be headshot. they aren’t even in the same league of brokenness. His ult has already been dumpstered and so were a lot of his rollouts when 20m slam happened.

People who complained about old brig should have “countered” her aswell instead of complaining.

The old brig was countered by running away from her. she was essentially unkillable. doomfist has to actively put himself in danger to kill the enemies, by literally being in their team. And he doesnt have a shield to block cc. Is doom annoying? Probably to some. Is he op? No, atleast not in regard to old brig.

ptr brig is playable. ive played her and ive found success at 3.8k. adjust your playstyle and she’s fine, in fact her repair packs are insanely strong right now, but people overlook it because its not as op and easy as an instant 150hp.
please don’t find excuses no she ins’t fine on ptr.
Besides Ana and Zenyatta who are easy prey, Doomfist has a boatload of counters to wreck him. Learn to counter him.

i dont know what rank you are. im assuming its not very high because of this post, but if i can make it work as a non brig main at 3.8k, you should be fine. stop complaining just because she isnt op for once.

But old brig didnt have real counters, other than maybe pharah. doomfist is insanely hard countered by cc comps, (orisa hog, mccree, brig, etc)
Why can’t people just learn that complaints about Doom, Sombra, Widow, Hanzo are not because people feel like they are uncountable but the fact that it’s just incredibly frustrating to play againts them. They litterally put me off playing the game. Even if I win a game against them it was still a horrible and unfun match to play.

Well thats brig problem. Anyway, i told some people here the same thing with DF. And he still ended up getting nerfed anyway.
However, lets not take your frustration out other heroes to got sledge hammer nerfs like brig. When DF got his nerfs I didnt scream for other heroes i hated to get sent to the dumpster like how he did. Thats not right.
