I actually base my water intake on times of the day so every few hours I have a glass of water to make 2 litres per day or more if I’m exercising or in gym. At work I have a pop-up message on the desktop as reminders.

Question: Why does Ice water taste better when someone else pours it for you?

That’s why I always have a bottle of propel sitting next to me. Love flavored water.

Water’s flavor is it’s temperature.

And as we know it’s temperature all depends on it’s immediate surroundings

Having a friend pour it simply ensures it’s the coldest possible water, hence
 the best tasting.

The medicine I take makes me not really get thirsty until I’m really dehydrated, it’s a obnoxious problem.

When I’m drinking and playing all I do is laugh and compliment people.

Better go and drink water than have kidney stones for not drinking it. Believe me when i say death is way better than having it lol

stay hydrated kids

last time i drank water was like 2 months ago

i only drink ice tea or fruit juice

This is the right forum for this message, as salt tends to dehydrate one very quickly.

I approve.

Oh man. you too? They suuuuuuck. Coming out is bad, but moving around in you is agony.

Just saying that depending on the juice is not enough to break the minerals in your kidneys so you might eventually get stones if you are not careful.

Nope i didn’t but i know people who did and it’s nasty so since then i do everything in my reach to avoid them but am constantly telling people about it lol

but don’t they contain water?

i just can’t stand the taste of water, i only like water when im outside training or something
