Definition of OP vs Overtuned (discussion)

This sounds about right when it comes to adjustments, at least to me.
I suppose it’s sensible that a major one would make a big impact on how you approach a hero, while a minor one just makes a hero less/more effective/consistent in their current approach.

Thank you for contributing to this small discussion, very kind of you to take time to do so when it could easily have been glossed over.

I can certainly see where you’re coming from here, but I’m sort of on the fence regarding the new hero myself (I still think it’s just a tad bit too early to comment, even if I don’t believe she is balanced as that’d be unlikely).

I’ll also personally disagree with that inspire is overtuned, with it having the drawback of requiring her to fight before using it (and as few brings up: lucio would be more reliable in terms of healing and bring more healing, well at the cost of not bringing an extra cc).

But otherwise it seems that so far in the discussion at least the idea of overtuned/op seems fairly consistent (but tbf, the conversation is very short right now).

I’ll agree on that for the most part she seem very reliant on the shield to bring a lot to the table, but that is again just my personal opinion.
I’d like in the original post advice that until a bit have passed it’d be unwise to talk about her as the forums seem to right now be drowning in a witchhunt (I suppose that’s not anything new here).
