We are looking into reported connection issues affecting players whose connections travel through Dallas. These issues have been ongoing for several days at least.

Issue description: I have higher latency than usual (from 50-70 ms to 90-110 ms) and lots of frequent packet losses as shown in the overwatch net graph while playing in NA server, Asian and Europe server do NOT have connectivity issues at all, in addition to this I cannot even open blizzard support website as well…

I will attach below some netgraph pictures and extra tests I did on my own while playing:

 Netgraph inside training room in NA server shows packet loss and 20% Loss In, PPS IN went down from the usual 60 to 15 I dont know why..

Sorry for the lack of wintmr and looking glass tests, just got off work but I’ll run them tomorrow and edit in my results.

Issue description: Half the time I can’t even connect to the game as it “lost connection to game server”. When I do manage to get ingame I experience very bad rubberbanding, latency issues, audio issues (hitmarker sounds not sounding properly, ability sounds missing, clock countdown will go 3, …, 1). In 2 years of playing Overwatch I’ve never had any such issues, until the past week or so.
