Why is the quality of the stream so blurry? Also is there a way to see the stream with out the speakers I rather see/hear the game not them tbh and I want to see the players point of view

They don’t. Mainly because of the change in how production is done (everyone is working from home literally).

I have my stream in max 1080p quality and good internet but it keeps getting super blurry and pixelated

This is because the transmission deteriorates between you and the transmission. This is common with live streams and there is very little you can do about it.
