ok Im gonna watch it now. Lucio is just a bad hero. on def he killed the widow and zen twice its not his fault his team got wiped by a phara. but sure if he was on dps he could do better

It SHOULD be…especially for Defran. Literally the highest ranked player in Overwatch.

If a player who is normally a good player is INTENTIONALLY playing poorly on a hero they do not normally play, that should be consiered gameplay sabotage. because all they end up doing in the end is feeding the enemy or not effectively assisting their team.

Support heros like Ana, Lucio, Mercy, Moira and Zenyatta who are standing there doing damage when they are supposed to be HEALING their team should definitely be reportable for gameplay sabotage. When a Moira or Ana is doing no healing and only taking pot shots at the enemy that is effectively sabotage because they are making a choice. When a PLAYERS CHOICE effects the outcome of a match because they are not doing what their hero is MEANT TO DO…that is most DEFINITELY sabotage.

By extension…healers should do LESS damage than they heal for. Why? as a deterrent. So they prioritize heals over DPS.

Lucios speed boost should be a temporary ability. Way too many Lucios just wallrun all over the map doing absolutely NOTHING!! Wallrun should also have its limits. You can only wallrun so far at the same speed until you lose momentum unless you jump and reset the speed. It is FAR too easy for players to wallrun near the skybox and be useless to their team.

You’re basically saying that nobody is allowed to play anything but their best chracter. But at the same time, if I play Sym you would report me for throwing.

You and all the people who report people for whatever reason are just toxic idiots.

He got banned on his Sym/Lucio account where he’s been playing consistantly at high GM / Top500 level. He wasn’t just playing to lose, he was above 50% winrate in the top ranks. If you can get banned for being in top1000 without throwing, something is wrong.

Are you higher rated than him? You should get banned if you aren’t.

That is EXACTLY the problem though. Killing Widowmakers and other players (aside from boop kills and finishing off players who are already low on health) is NOT one of Lucios main priorities as a support. His main priority is to heal and help his team avoid hazards with the speed boost. Any Lucio who is NOT doing that should be reported for sabotage.

You’re silver lol, you act like you can judge how a good Lucio plays.

Let me brake it down for you, good Lucios spend 80%+ of their time speed boosting, not healing.

On that note, I think you should be banned because you can’t possibly be this low rated if you’re not actively throwing.

Lucio is suppose to flank and annoy players with boops. Lucio is the second worst healer in the game. Lucio’s heal is only usefull with amp. If you are only with your team with heal on its a instant loss. Watch redshell he runs around kills the vulnerable heroes. Speeds his team in and when needed heals them.
