Just wanted to jump in from Customer Support and mention that the post has been updated. Originally it indicated that all orders have been refunded, but the process of refunding purchases has not been completed. Apologies for the mix-up, but it is actively being worked on.

Since this refund is being processed by the Overwatch team directly, Customer Support will not be providing individual refunds manually. You do not need to open a support ticket to have anything done
