Cross play has not ruined the game. In fact, there is very little difference between cross play games, and the non cross play games I played before.

The only bad thing that cross play brought for the consoles was the chat feature, which isn’t even a bad idea in concept. It’s just that people use it to flame, and be toxic.

If anything is ruining the game, it’s the balancing.

How’s competitive crossplay for console?

It feels about the same. (At least on Switch it does. Don’t know about other consoles though.)

It’s just fine. I barely notice a difference

For you, but for me and hundreds of others we are now soft locked out of the region we used to play on.
