Crashes and odd group screen bug since last patch

Not sure if this is caused by the last patch but started happening since then. After I leave a game the group screen never changes and always shows the same allies and enemies even at main menu or when I get into another game, however when I’m at the main menu the enemies start at the bottom of the box and extend below the screen. Apart from that my game has started crashing every 3-5 games, it has made comp pretty much unplayable.

I have a screenshot of the group bug but cant post it.

Oh, I had this one too, btw. Along with the crashes.
I can try to post a screenshot if I come across it again

Same here. Group screen will show old teammates and opponents, menu goes weird if you check it after as a match is ending, says none of the enemy team are in the game.
