Hi Blizzard’s Staff,
It might be a lost case but I still want to try out!
I went in ranked with a couple of friends and my game crashed immediatly. Due to this crash, I’ve lost 50 ranked points.
I understand that you punish players who leave intentionnaly and that’s great but it might happen that players crash for other reasons, like what just happend to me.
I was 2969 and lost to 2910.
May I have my lost points back? Or at least be less punishing with that?
