My screen froze and forced me to cntrl alt delete, my team won in the 30 seconds it took me to get back in and i lost 60 SR and got suspended for 10 minutes. I looked for 20 minutes on how to put in a ticket and everything led me back to the forums. The user experience was absolutely atrocious.

Yup, I had this happen last season…and this season on an alt account. Blizzard needs to get their stuff together. I bet they’ll even say they cant refund the SR…ROFL. Good luck contacting someone knowledgeable, too…

Thread was lost pretty much and it’s also a bug reporting forum. They were aware of freezes and the patch just came out to fix them. SR won’t be refunded since Blizzard support doesn’t have any tools for that.
