Crash at loading screen and hang but no black screen

when launched the game it just crash at the loading screen and only overwatch crashes none of the other games have this crashing problem not even games from battle net just only overwatch and other type of overwatch like ptr

Hey craYYon,

Would you be able to post a DxDiag so we can take a closer look?

1. Press Windows Key + R.

2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.

3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.

4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save

5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select add ~~~~ to the beginning of the text. That’ll make the information much more readable.

It should look like this.
