Yeah u know my main account is totally gm as well
mercy is so much more then a heal bot and can do so much for the team but even then you have to know when to switch off her and change to what you see the team needs like if you have no defensive alt and you need one.

Your performance relative to the expected outcome of the game is what determines how far from where you left off. If you happen to get easy matches you’re supposed to win, you can end lower. If you get hard matches you’re supposed to lose, you can end up the same or even higher.

Your mmr in qp still has an effect on your competitive Sr gain…mmr and Sr are trying to reach the same skill number. If you want more Sr you have to tell mmr algorithms that they may be wrong…you do this by " being on fire as often as possible", high accuracy, low deaths, beating career average stats, and gold medals.
your qp mmr dont go past your first ever comp placements to get a better reading on you then… from there its all comp mmr.

i used to think elo hell was real too, then i realised what my biggest problem was and fixed it, went up from triple digit bronze to gold. now i have other problems to work on and climb some more.
