"Could not connect to server"

I thought the issue was going to be solved when the servers went down for a while, but I am just not allowed to connect to some games, and it is completely random and then I just get punished for it. It currently happened again, and I just got banned for an hour when I have been playing for the past 2 hours with no issue. It has been happening since the new season started, and I get 30 minute bans, and hour bans constantly. I would understand if it was my fault, but I literally can not do anything to fix this issue, I don’t get a chance to rejoin, I don’t get a chance to connect. I just sit on the hero ban screen and take a ban for literally participating in bans. I really don’t want an account season ban for this, and I don’t know what else I need to do to be able to fix this. I’ve repaired game files, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I really don’t want to download battlenet as I play through steam but I really can not find any help to fix this issue, it feels like my account is just marked for death. This is really frustrating.

I dont want a season ban for literally something I can not control, I connect to most games just fine, and randomly my account just gets marked for death and I am not allowed to connect.

ive been having the same problem since february 11th, small indie company cant fix their servers

That’s two comp games I almost won that server shut down due to issues it’s getting really annoying. Fix your junk already.

Been having this same problem a lot since beginning of this week as well. Now, I can’t even queue because my suspension accumulates to hours :frowning:.

I’m playing on Asia & SEA server.

It’s insane and demotivating. I replied to someone else just recently about my experience with this.

I get this issue on Oceania, Asia and Central America servers.

Yeah this is just ridiculous. It seriously feels like once every other game it happens, even if that’s not the case, because it’s. So. Frequent. It also VERY MUCH doesn’t help that because of the new update, there’s TONS of new players, so if I want to play in qp, I’m stuck with the matchmaking algorithm expecting me to carry people who just downloaded the game roughly an hour ago with their highest character level being four, JUST because my account is old
 I literally can’t even escape to comp because of this issue, else I risk getting my account suspended for something that isn’t even my fault. This is hell.

I cant even login to the game at all. It just gets stuck at connecting to server and this has been going on since before the new update. I thought the server maintenance 2 days back would fix it but nope lol..

im on SEA server btw.

I have been disconnected twice today while in a match and yesterday mid game the server sent everyone on that match to a new map, happened 3 times.

Update: still happening. Just got on and queue disappears, try to queue again and the game says “Unable to join queue while previous game is ending”, someone says “trash” and then I can queue again. Lovely.

Logged in today and got into comp Q
minute later I get kicked off game completely. Never entered game. I go to desktop and reload to find out im banned for 1 hr
