I don’t think that’s necessarily fair. Mobility doesn’t mean invulnerable. Tracer might have her dash, sure, but she has a limit on how many times she can use it. 76, for example, has an unlimited sprint but you can certainly still target him and kill him if he’s in your line of sight.
