You probably have an old/ bad controller and if you use MK+B on ps4 I will legit report you
It’s actually hardware not software (the xim is a physical box/usb dongle that you connect to the console by USB) and they certainly do give an advantage. I use XIM and can aim better than pretty much everyone else on the characters i play.
First of all you have no way of knowing if someone is using mouse and keyboard unless you are physically standing in the room where they’re playing. Just because someone is aiming really well and hitting their shots does not automatically mean that they are a mouse and keyboarder, that logic is irrational. You’re basically saying there are no good controller players and anyone good is just a mouse and keyboarder. 2nd it’s not against the rules why? Blizzard literally said do not report people that you think are using mouse and keyboard

How much did you pay for it? I cant find a good dim for under 120. And every I read says all you get is precision but you cant flick or anything like on occasion cause your still limited to the controllers sensitivity
XIM apex (the best one) costs $125 on amazon. And that is correct, you can’t flick and are limited to the controller sens but you do get precision which greatly improved my accuracy

There is a clear difference when playing with mkb vs controllers, it’s much easier to aim with the mouse than with the analog, its motor that controller ppl are bad players, it’s that using mkb in a majority controller environment is an unfair advantage, that’s why PC overwatch plays very differently than console overwatch. It’s more fast paced.
Blizzard also stated that they don’t condone mkb use on console but they just don’t have a way to stop it as of yet, since the system thinks it’s using a controller, it can’t distinguish it. The reason they don’t want players reporting, as you mention, is because there is no way to confirm with 100% certainty.
You’re basically saying “I know using MKB on console is unfair, and I don’t care because no one can do anything about it”
And that really disgust me. Sure use it. No one can do anything about it. For now at least. Just know that most console users hate players like you.

Lucky. I’ve only dropped my controller a few times and yet the aim analog stick is already screwing up big time after having it for one year.
The DS4 are complete crap. $80 for 1-2 years.
Can’t wait to get to PC master race and get a keyboard/mouse for $150+ that will last 10+ years

M+KB is NOT a bannable offense. Nobody has ever ONCE been BANNED for using M+KB. Blizzard just does not condone such while their hands are tied to take any actions against since SONY sells Input Adapters + is also a Naitive M+KB Platform just like PC.
Not for games. Just for ps4 interface.

Fortnite + other games on PS4 allow Naitive, plug-in & play, M+KB gaming w/o the need to buy an Input Adapter.
M+KB is not just for the Interface.
The Devs decide to Unlock M+KB or not.

Fankda was a CONTROLLER player on Console when he hit 5000 SR.
Console is destroying PC in EVERY single category of Accuracy.
Aim Assist surpasses even PC standards for tracking. Doesn’t even matter if you use Controller or M+KB here.
The highest SR on Console have always been Controller players w/ very few exceptions to the rule.
Yes, M+KB allows more actual Control but AIM ASSIST itself minimizes any such benefits using M+KB.
Playing kbm on console is 100% allowed, blizzard has even said this, so godspeed on that regard. I own a nintendo switch pro controller, an xbox one controller, and 3 ps4 controllers. Can you guess why I needed 3 ps4 controllers? Because they are utter garbage and do nothing but break after a year. Not to mention they have a horrible ergonomic design, and the battery is LITERALLY 20x shorter than the nintendo switch pro controller, and 10x shorter than the xbox one controller. Honestly just play kbm, don’t support sony and their horrible quality control.

Well that’s an exaggeration for sure. Also I don’t think console players woulf mind xim users as much if all aim assist options automatically turned off when you plug your xim in.
Naw, these scummers get the benefit of a more accurate input and aim assist. That’s a joke and I don’t see how you could feel any sort of accomplishment when you win using a xim.
Chances are there will be a few people with ps4 controllers that have/will last a long time. The battery still lasts a million times longer on the other controllers. I remember the ps3 controller lasting a long time, so idk what sony did to the ps4 controller to kill it’s battery’s lifetime.
Even though sony lets people use mk, I’d say you shouldn’t. If you can just return your controller and get a new one or get different non-official ps4 controllers which can sometimes fix the problem the original has
For me it’s w/o AA but nobody else subscribes to such. I see Controller players sometimes & it is awfully bad just how little they can actually control anything outside of AA.
