But if there is no agreement on what the problems are, there cant be a change made that addresses them.

If 100% of the players say a change is needed, but half of those want a buff and the other half want a nerf, whats the solution going to be?

What are you talking about? Blizzard should always have a consensus. They’re the only ones who can change anything.

Blizzard only needs to know that a certain hero is being banned. That’s the information they need to make a change. They need to know exactly what to do about it then. They tneed to figure out the change to make it so the hero is banned closer to the average ban rate.
