Why is it that on EU, my home region, my ping is much lower but is never consistent, always jumping from 40-200 compared to NA where it isn’t much higher but my ping always stays at about 100?
It sounds like the home server you are connecting is having problems. The North American connection speed sounds normal if you are trying to play from Europe. I would recommend first heading for the European official forums and check for any known issues being reported by Blizzard there and post a WinMTR there where the support agents will be more familiar with your local ISPs and connection routes than we are here.
