Has anyone even gotten a solution after the mtr tool thing? It seems like the support staff(s) at blizzard is just pasting the copy pasta and referring us to isp rather than giving us any solutions to try out.
It is quite obvious it isn’t the users issue if everyone is getting the same problem. Other programs are running fine and only Overwatch disconnects.
This is getting ridiculous… 2 players got DC during my match right now including me and this is not the first event. The whole community is complaining about it and nothing have been done to fix it. All players are getting penalized and this support answers that our connection is troubled. We need someone to get in touch with blizzard and pass on this issue.
Please create your own thread instead of necrobumping an old inactive thread.
And support will say it is someone’s connection based on data, not on assumption with no data to back it up. If you want to troubleshoot your connection issues run a WinMTR test for about 10 minutes and share the results in a new thread.
