O matter how many games I win my rank won’t go up! I keep winning 5 games with no more than 2 losses and my rank stay at silver 4 or silver 5 and I’ve always been in Gold. I don’t play comp often but when I do I land in gold. How don’t get this fixed?!

I have been having the exact same issue!!! In OW1, I was a PLAT Support.
And now, no matter how many games I play I’m in BRONZE 5!!! Like WHAT!
Even though I’m scoring better than the other supports in the matches.
I’m so confused and frustrated.
I saw some people suggest making a whole new account entirely

Same issue it’s so annoying because all my friends have higher ranks and I want to play ranked with them but I’m stuck at silver 4 when I should be at silver 1 right now
