I was in Silver 3 with Tank and after winning 5 games in a row i got deranked to Silver 4 and since then i’m stuck there, doesn’t matter how many games i win.

So, you had a five-game winning streak, but how many games did you lose before that streak? Losses cancel wins, so even if you win a billion games, it doesn’t mean anything if you also lose a billion games.

I have same issue as a tank no matter how many win streaks i get and high rank games i win i dont get promoted higher than silver 4, the ranking system is very broken for me.
a friend i play so often with is now diamnod tier as DPS, and gold 1 as support both of these he levled with me and iam still at silver 4. i only got promoted once from silver 5 to silver 4. And i have 50 wins as a tank.
all i want is for gamemaster or Dev to look at my profile stats and tell me if that’s normal or not.

I have the same problem, 58 game wins,43 lose but silver 4 from 30 games ago

Rank placement and rank adjustments take into account more than just wins and losses, they are also affected by how far apart the ranks are between you and your opponent, how new your account is, and how long ago you last played. Newer players have much more drastic rank adjustments due to the lack of performance history to base initial skill and inactive players similarly have more drastic rank adjustments due to the lack of recent performance history. Both of these are potential explanations as to how players that are grouped and play the same matches can end up with different ranks.
