Competitive rank, number of games played, and progress

Problem number 1:

  • Players can select the “View Competitive Progress” button from the Competitive menu to view their progress toward receiving a rank update

But we can only see the “wins”. Is there a way to see how many wins AND loses do we have?

Problem number 2:

Also, the Overview of the competitive is broken. No matter what season I select, they show only the total number of games played during all seasons. The ranks are not there at all.

Problem number 3:

The matchmaking is way worse than in season 2. U said the matchmaking will be on roles MMR, not team MMR, but just got a game where one of my dps had 6 kills, the other had 18 kills, while the enemy team dps had 34 and 24 kills.
