In Season 2 of Overwatch 2 competitive playlist I managed to climb to dps diamond 5 roughly 4 hours before Season 2 ended, when the update and new Season 3 rolled in, I launched the game only to be surprised that my dps rank was platinum 5, not only that, when I looked to check my rank history in my career profile it does NOT show any of my Overwatch 2 previous season ranks, Season 1 & 2 both show the icon (–) under the columns (CURRENT, SEASON HIGH), however, Overwatch 1 Seasons all show the correct SR value.
I really wish to get support with this matter as it has not been resolved ever since season 3 started
