Hi, So I was informed that when you win 7 games prior to 20 losses you either rank up or have the same rank, but that wasn’t the case for me. I got demoted down to Silver 3 from Gold 5 even though I won 7 games before I lost 20 games.
Does anyone else have this issue and is Blizzard able to revert my previous rank back or promote me if anything?
That’s not how it works.
You can rank down, stay the same or rank up after your 7 wins depending on your performance during that period.
For example, if you lose 17 games before your 7 wins you will probably rank down.
