Comp Stats are from OW1 and BP Credits were not awarded

I currently see some Season from OW1 times as my OW2 S1+2+3 Stats. (I know this because i last played Soldier in Comp during OW1).
And also the 100 Credits from the BattlePass LvLs 2+5 were not rewarded to me.

EDIT:
All open Profiles of other Players show the same behaviour regarding the comp stats.
If you browse Players profiles it shows the same stats for every OW2 Season.
