So new season just started and my ranks all popped up and in dps it says I was gold 1 but I haven’t been gold in a while, my last placement I replaced in plat 3 again. I don’t really care about the rank side of things but I’m being shorted 250 competitive points here which was going to be enough to get my gold gun. Can someone please explain? For extra clarity, I’m gold 5 now in the new season but I know the rank decays, but it’s saying I was only gold 1 last season which I never deranked to gold?
I had the same issue. I stopped playing damage when I hit diamond but the game is saying I deranked which didn’t happen, I played one game after my placement and that’s it. Seems they don’t want people to have incentive to play
