Currently, the bonus points for role-que isn’t getting credited. EG: At silver (1275 points), que’ed for support (+25 points active), won game…and increased to 1290 points. Total gain…15
That bonus for playing a needed role in Role Queue is Credits (Used for unlocking cosmetics), not Competitive Points.

I think you are mistaken between Gold Currency (
) and Competitive Points (
). For role queue, the 25 reward for participating in a impacted role adds to your currency which can be used to purchase any standard item that normally appears in Loot Boxes directly from the Hero Gallery. Competitive Points are used to purchase the Golden Weapon skins for each individual hero. These points can only be earned by winning or drawing Competitive Matches, which you will win 15 for a win and 5 for a draw.
