I don’t think the mods will ever let me have lvl 3. lol I have too many silly forum suspensions from doing insane stuff like making fun of CNN. 
It’s fine, though. I can live with the preformatted text work-around.

I know this feeling way too well. Just week or two ago, i was one of the very first users to reach lvl 3. It happened so early that i actually thought that mods gave those rights to me by accident. Not to mention all the people asking me if i was forum mvp or something.
Now i see everyone posting memes in every second thread i visit.
Yeah, the number of memes popping up is probably part the reason why posting links is locked behind trust levels.
I actually think that all level 3 users are secretally blizzard employees and RichC is jeff who is getting tired at the community
