Might be some just don’t expect it and mindlessly autowalk back.
Once I went to pick up a Mercy. They didn’t shift and proceeded to walk past me. I could’ve given her some ult charge too (I think I was at 50% hp) but I guess not

Nah, the few precious seconds after a team fight is better used taking advantageous positioning rather than being used for someone’s convenience (:
Higher chance to win another team fight > brownie points
when mercy dies, i (moira) have to try to keep the team alive by myself
This. It depends on the flow of battle; usually it might be best to fall back and regroup after one or two team mates fall, but some times you can still turn the tide of a fight.
Come back and get Mercy? Do you want your friends list to be full of Mercy mains? Because this is how your friends list will quickly fill up with Mercy mains.
I met and friended many awesome Mercy and healer mains this way, and as a regular player, having a pool of reliable healer main friends eager to group with me was easily one of smartest moves I made early on in the game.
I will do this as Lucio after letting my team know-works pretty well and worth the risk
Only if she has the doctor or pink mercy skin. All other mercys are inferior and do not deserve to be picked up
Mercy should be the last one alive on her team. She should being flying back to meet her respawning teammates. Don’t be THAT Mercy.
Sincerely
-A former Mercy Main
If you have two main healers trading a completely non-damaging hero who at best provides passive 55hps and 30% dmg to another character for bringing back your tank or dps I feel is well worth the trade on a suicide rez provided you get the resurreciton off before dying.
Anyone who picks me up immediately gets endorsed. I love people who look out for their healers!
I always try to go and grab mercy from spawn as often as i can.
Depends on who I’m playing - if it’s a dps or D.Va I will, sometimes on Lucio too, but other times if I’m the only support in Mercy’s absence, or the main tank then it’s just not a good idea to leave my team and hope they stay out of trouble while I’m gone.
50% winrate, very broken. she’s OP god help us, what will we ever do against a hero with a balanced winrate? it’s like just unstoppable at this point
blizzard nerf
My best duo bud is a Mercy main and I always come back to pick him up.
I’ve become a D.Va main so I kind of have like a 6th sense for when he’s in danger. Like it’s my job to make sure he has an escape route or whatever.
I always feel like I fail him when he dies. lol Least I can do is taxi him back to the team, you know?
Yall ever be playing pharahmercy and accidentally let your Mercy slip out of your pocket?
No, but I just had a Mercy player asking for a Pharah and then I spent the rest of the match looking for health packs.
Mercy has a 50.84% win rate through all ranks, McCree has a 48.57% win rate and people want him nerfed.
McCree would be less viable if they nerfed Mercy her pocket is broken.
yeah super broken that 50% winrate is getting out of control lol
and whos that? is it user billybobjr. from the overwatch forums?
but on a serious every hero gets trashed on on the overwatch forums tbh tho idk if thats a good argument
this just made me laugh out loud
but I digress, if I’m in a position to- I do
Its the unofficial rule of hamster, to rush to spawn to pick up the Mercy. Especially if she died trying to powerboost the piledriver.
