All chats turning themselves off in the new legal tab. I turn them back on, and they immediately disable themselves. I cannot talk in match/team chat at all or see messages others send. I’m not underage so this setting should not be reapplying itself everytime I turn it off

Same to me. And it says “set it back to standard, then it goes away”. Setting to standard or any other changes have no effect - nothing changes. And what is shown doesn’t seem to be consistent with my account settings.
What’s the purpose of this legal tab anyway - it implies you want us to do something, but what? Every button is greyed out and the settings cannot be changed.
Having issues with chat behavior as well. Pops up in the middle of a match, disabling all controls. No way to close it. I have to wait for it to time out (usually while being killed 
) for control to return.
