So I am a Overwatch 1 player. I played the first one a lot. There is no reason why, when I am actually able to log in to Overwatch2 that my Overwatch 1 characters are locked. for example Sigma LOL he’s one of my most used characters in part 1 and now its locked… I am not a First-Timer and this should not be locked to me… I hope to hear from someone soon, and that this is remedied swiftly. thank you again

My friend had the exact problem. It’s not you. It’s a bug. If you log out and log back in, that’s how my friend fixed it.

yeah right lol i’m afraid to log out and have to wait another 15 minutes just to get back in to see if it worked lol SML i will try it nonetheless
Worth the wait in my opinion. I would be so angry if half my characters were locked, lmfao. Hope it works out for you!
