Ever since Christmas, my character does not show in the winning picture. I also notice that I don’t get play of the game anymore and I used to get it frequently. Maybe the two issues are linked?
Is it for every hero you play? Do you have gold gun for heros you don’t see?
Same for me since the Xmas update too. This bug occurs when your character has a golden weapon equipped. Don’t expect a fix any time soon, though - Blizzard couldn’t care less about the people who pay for their unpolished product. This issue has nothing to do with Esports…
