Cassidy's magnetic grenade kills through healthpack recovery

When stuck with Cassidy’s magnetic grenade, it can kill a low-HP hero after they’ve picked up a mega healthpack, even after the health pack heals them for above 130 HP. It was the only source of damage and the health pack did get consumed. I’m not sure if I’ve seen it happen with other abilities, I’ve only seen it happen with Cassidy’s magnetic grenade. I have strong doubts that this is intended behavior.
