When Overwatch 1 ended, I had nearly 1,500 hours on my career profile across various game modes and characters. But when Overwatch 2 launched. It only showed a couple hundred hours on my account. Now, many months later I still only have about 500 hours accounted for on my career profile when I should have around 2,000 hours.
Will this missing time ever be re-added to my account? Is there anything that can be done to fix this bug? Is my data lost forever or can it be retrieved? Thanks!
