Capped at 60fps GTX 970

My game is capped at 60fps and it’s stuck. When I die it can run at 200fps easy, but in the menus and when I am actually playing the game it is capped at 60fps and runs at about 45. I’ve watched youtube videos and tutorials on how to fix it and nothing has fixed this issue.

Low FPS with Razer Chroma Software Installed We have seen reports of dramatically lower than expected FPS with Razer Synapse/Chroma installed. Typically players will see their FPS stuck between 15-30 FPS while experiencing this issue. If you have your Chroma device, enable Chroma effects for Overwatch, or uninstall the Razer Synapse/Chroma software and reinstall the newest version of Synapse 3. If you no longer have your Razer device, follow the steps for the Razer blackscreen issue.

holy hell thank you so much! I would have had no idea it was my keyboard lighting that was making me lag.
