Can't redeem the access pass loot

I have the all access pass and i have my twitch account linked i can redeem other loot for cheering but i can’t redeem the access pass loot did i waste my money for nothing

Edit: IT been FIXED

A lot of people are having this problem right now. There is a post about this is in the bug report section that has more traction than yours. Hopefully they’ll realize the problem soon and fix the problem for us OWL All Access Pass - Items Aren't Redeeming - FIXED

I have the same problems I contacted to BlizzCon but they were not able to help me.

Same problem, and its taking long to fix that.

Still haven’t been able to redeem. Been almost 24 hrs now.

Did you guys check out the guide for redeeming the sprays etc?

this is not related to sprays as in the button itself is broken on twitch an people are unable to redeem the all access pass rewards
