A few days ago I finished all placements for the support role, and I was ranked Bronze 5 even though I did good in most games and won more than I lost. Also a few minutes ago I won all 7 games needed to rank up, but when I received my new rank, it was bronze 5… the lowest rank… and the rank I was already at.
