I previously bought the basic Hero Collection for $4.99 and want to get the Complete Hero Collection for the additional stuff like the D.Va Varsity skin, but it tells me “Good news! You already have access to this product”. It doesn’t work on Battle.net through the website or mobile app, and the option for the bundle doesn’t ever appear in the in-game Shop. I even spoke to someone in Tech Support who told me this was a known issue and that I just need to wait for someone to fix it. This has been broken for weeks now.
