I am a silver player that have played for some time. Now that the halloween event is out i wanted to play some. Then i got a error message that told me that i had a Third-Party something. So now i cant play anymore. Bdw i were some games away from getting to lvl 400

Bdw i had Visor downloaded for 1min to test, but it did not work so i removed it. Now this happend
Visor was registered as one of the third-party applications players can be banned for using. If you only used it briefly and uninstalled it, you shouldn’t be banned as the players who did this received a warning. Are you sure you uninstalled the application and are you sure you are banned and the message wasn’t a warning?

Yeah same here, i uninstalled visor and everything and have checked my files but it still says 3rd party use
