I am also having this problem. I’ve reinstalled twice, scanned and repaired each time and still it doesn’t work. I even reinstalled battle net twice.

The troubleshooting you have completed is mainly about making sure the client is working correctly. We should change course to troubleshoot the connection:

  1. Power Cycle the home network’s modem and router to refresh the connection to all devices on the network and Internet Service Provider(ISP).
  • Once the network is back online flush your DNS cache using the commands Here.

Retest. If the issue continues try to run a WinMTR to host IP: 24.105.30.129 for 10 minutes. Post the results back here for review.
