Can't enter in Overwatch

I had connection issues with overwatch so i installed WTFast and it was working fine.
Then, when i tried to enter Overwatch, it would say “Lost connection to game server” and i tried to log in again, but it didn’t work. So i uninstalled WTFast but the problem was still there! i tried flushing my IP and renewing it, rebooting my network, and i did the battlenet looking glass test, but i still don’t know what the problem is. Here are the results of the looking glass

If anyone can help me, i would thank you a lot!

That looking glass looks fine. Can you run a winMTR instead? Do you have the ability to connect via a mobile phone tether instead of a VPN?

I don’t use a VPN. I use normal internet and it does work when i use mobile phone tether but i waste too much mobile internet (btw here is the results from winMTR and when it says no response is with the normal internet. above that is when i was using my cellphone)

You’re losing data packets between your router and modem, and your latency appears to be spiky. Can you run the test for 5 minutes just to be sure that this is accurate data? It may mean your wifi or router is failing but I want to ensure we’re giving you accurate troubleshooting for this.

For a moment the internet wasn’t working, but then it turned on again and it gave the same results. I’m going to have to use the cellphone to play and i don’t want this( it’s short but it ran for more than 5 minutes so…)

That confirms the issue, but there are a couple things you can try to fix it. If you’re on wifi, try grabbing an ethernet cable and using that to connect.

If that doesn’t work though, it may be your router isn’t strong enough to get a stable connection to you, or it’s dying. If you’re renting it, I’d reach out to your ISP and see if they can swap it with another one.
